Indian Wells Golf Resort in Indian Wells, California is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Administrative Assistant / HR coordinator. Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a golf environment and be highly focused on providing superior customer service for our guests and employees.
- Oversee payroll and timekeeping for staff
- Assist with Safety programs and Work Mans compensation claims
- Work with vendors and suppliers on deliveries and accounts
- Assist employees with general HR related issues
- Coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding programs for new employees
- Organizing staff communications regarding company policies and practices
- Coordinate and maintain inventory for supplies
- 2 yrs. experience in a similar position is preferred
- Computer experience and in depth knowledge of Microsoft programs is required
- Candidate must be organized and capable with working on various tasks from day to day
- Work days and hours are Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm
- Prospective candidates must be able to read and write in English and Spanish.
