• Maintain and exhibit a solid knowledge and understand of all food products and is able to skillfully apply culinary and cooking techniques.
• Must utilize proper serving procedures.
• Implements menu and policies and procedures ensuring a consistent and successful kitchen operation.
• Trains and supervises associates in the proper preparation of menu items and operation of equipment.
• Must have culinary experience, including sauté and grille, versatile in preparing both hot and cold items.
• Country club experience preferred
• Culinary degree a plus
• Candidates must be Member service oriented, and a team player with a willingness to learn
• Ability to communicate and follow instruction in English is required
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends & holidays
