• Effectively monitors and coordinate the daily operations of the Banquet department, including providing support and guidance to all banquet, conventions and catering personnel to ensure a successful and effective operation ending in a positive guest experience
• Bachelor’s degree (BA) and or one to two years related experience and/or training.
• At least 2 years F&B experience in Management role
• Working Knowledge of Banquet Event Orders, Room Structure and Set Up
• Must be outgoing, friendly and hospitable
• Energetic and Enthusiastic
• Able to work varied shifts according to business needs
