• Manage all Kitchen Staff
• Manage Financial Results, Including food cost, and labor cost
• Working with the chef to manage all aspects of the kitchen to include: banquets, pool grill, and all meal periods from the restaurant, Ordering, scheduling, and Cost analyses of all food functions , and daily labor reports,
• Must be a culinary graduate
• Must have computer skills
• Must have at least 8 years experience in cooking and 2 years as a sous chef
• Need to have great culinary skills and knowledge, Computer skills, most have knowledge of ordering, and scheduling staff, needs to understand how optimize financial results, Must have strong work ethic and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
