Indian Wells Golf Resort in Indian Wells, California is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Administrative Assistant / HR coordinator. Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a golf environment and be highly focused on providing superior customer service for our guests and employees.
• Oversee payroll and timekeeping for staff
• Assist with Safety programs and Workmans compensation claims
• Work with vendors and suppliers on deliveries and accounts
• Assist employees with general HR related issues
• Coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding programs for new employees
• Organizing staff communications regarding company policies and practices
• Coordinate and maintain inventory for supplies
• 2 years experience in a similar position is preferred
• Computer experience and in depth knowledge of Microsoft programs is required
• Candidate must be organized and capable with working on various tasks from day to day
• Work days and hours are Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm
• Prospective candidates must be able to read and write in English and Spanish.
